Is it a real street address?
Yes. Your address is 100 W. Chapman Ave, Suite 200, Orange, CA 92866: a street address inside a staffed coworking space above Urth Caffé, not a PO box.
What can I use the address for?
Your LLC, your website, business cards, correspondence and mail. It’s the address your customers and vendors see.
Can I list the address on Google or Yelp?
No. The address can’t be used on Google, Yelp or any other listing site. We don’t host Google Business Profile verifications, and there’s no building directory with members’ names. If your business serves customers at their location, you can keep a Google profile on your own address with the address hidden, and use ours on your website, invoices and mail.
How will I know when mail arrives?
We email you a photo of the envelope whenever something comes in. If you’d rather get a text, we’ll text you instead.
How do I get my mail?
Pick it up any time from your own mail slot using your door code, or keep a forwarding address on file and we send it on every 2–3 days. Standard letters forward free, and oversized items are a $5 handling fee plus postage. We can also hold your mail while you travel, or scan a piece on request.
Can one plan cover several businesses?
Each address is normally tied to one business or person. If you run a few DBAs, or need personal names covered too, we bundle them together at a discount. Tell us how many names on the form and we’ll quote it.
Does it include a desk or office time?
No desk time is included. When you need a place to work, a Day Pass is $45, and you can book the meeting rooms at member rates. The kitchen and black-and-white printing are available whenever you’re in.
Can my assistant or team book rooms too?
Yes. We set up a team account with you as the admin, add your people, and everyone books at the same member rates with the bookings billed together.
What’s the commitment?
The plan bills quarterly with a three-month minimum. After that you can cancel any time with an email. If you’d rather pay once a year, it’s $576, which is 10% off.
